Hotel Policies:
Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM check out time is 11:00 AM.
Hotel room rates are subject to an additional person per room charge for each additional person in a room. This charge is currently $40.00, per person per night.
Porterage & Maid Fees:
Porterage and Maid fees are mandatory. The Porterage fee is $5.50 per person/ roundtrip. Room/ Maid attendant fee is $2.00 per person, per day.
Check-In Policy:
Early check-in comes with a charge and cannot be guaranteed. Late checkout is available for a charge and is subject to availability. An express check-out option is available too.
A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check into the hotel.
An incidental hold of $100 per night will be placed to be used on any food and beverage the guest may consume during their stay
Guaranteed Reservations:
All guests will need to provide a credit card in order to guarantee their stay. A one-night deposit will be refundable up to 72 hrs. prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
One night’s room rate will be assessed to any guest who cancels within 72-hours of confirmed check-in date.
Early Departure Fee:
One night’s room rate will be assessed to any guest who departs prior to the date confirmed at check-in. The fee will be automatically posted to the guest folio on or after departure. This fee will be waived only with 72-hour advance notice from departure date. Emergency and other special circumstance situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
PARKING INFORMATION
Parking fees are discounted for WCS attendees:
Valet parking: $33.00 per day with taxes included
Self-Parking: $27.00 per day with taxes included
